i have not flown them domestic but the Japanese LCCs are a step below Air Asia.
I flew them from TPE and they left late, arrived on-time as in landing but taxiied forever then bus to terminal was also forever. And then everybody had to wait for bags. They were strict on the 7kg carryon even though I had purchased baggage.
I think they are one of the worst in terms of timeliness, reading others' experiences. The idea ANA owns them and that makes them better is false, like how SQ owns Scoot so it is better od Qantas and Jetstar
