CH at end of a fare basis does normally indicate a child fare

Given that it seems to be an "I" class fare, if credited by distance,

Special fare should earn 100% mileage, 2 EQMs per mile flown and 20% per mile flown EQD
Unavailable fare should earn 100% mileage plus 50% bonus miles , 2 EQMs per mile flown and 30% per mile flown EQD

so seems very odd that the Special fare credited with higher EQDs than that of the Unavailable fare
