There is no guarantee that 10k/12.5k/20k will exist. It all depends on what AS makes available.
AS does not load all fare buckets in at the very edge of schedule (T-330 days). Wait a day or two for that. That affects the under-30k Y awards. Note that 30k award Y is fully refundable.
