Sorry if this is the wrong area but I booked AA52 PHL-PRG arriving at 9:20 AM. I plan to book separately on Austrian Air at 11:20 to Vienna. That's a 2 hour between flights.

Question: Will AA check my luggage to go through with an airline that is not OneWorld in PHL? If not, for those with PRG conx experience what pointers do you have? Is 2 hours sufficient time at Prague? Or should I just forget air travel and take the train instead? Any advice on either is appreciated.
