I applied for GEP back in December 2017 and completed the verification process in India in December '17, and I still have not received any response. My application is still awaiting conditional approval.

I reached out to CBP, and they let me know that they are waiting on my home country (India) to submit information to CBP. I am not sure how long this process takes. Does anyone have a clue?

If I need to reach out to someone on the Indian side to get a status update, (passportindia.gov.in does not help), who do I reach out to? Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
