Called in early April before AF posted (I received a notice in the mail to inquire about "offers"). My offer was to downgrade to no-fee card. Called back yesterday, date AF posted, and was told there was no offer available whatsoever, only choice is to cancel the card. So HUCA, but what the heck? Do they really want to lose business? $1600 spend in 2017. They wouldn't waive the fee last year so I kept the card but I really don't find it worthwhile to pay it again. Will call one more time otherwise will be forced to cancel. Thanks, Barclays.
