Hi, just want peoples advice on what this means. Just tried to check in for my 2 austrian airlines flights on Friday as below.

Manchester to Vienna
Vienna to Bangkok

Entered all the required details and recieved the following Msg - "Error: It seems that additional document check has failed. For more information contact our desk at the airport"

What would this mean?
