Just booked 2 rooms last Saturday. I only credit from 1 room on my account now.
Actually, I feel the hotel is still not up to SPG "standard". There is small incident that piss me off badly during check in. I also saw "similar" issue in TripAdvisor. It seems the team is not capable to handle "exception" well enough.
