Even with the lowest price of $1.29 you would be better off donating money directly to the food bank (having volunteered in one in Chicago for 4 years I would imagine that in most cases the money would be far more useful to them than cornflakes) and buying your ticket in the vast majority of instances. Not putting people down for trying to do something good (nor making any assumptions either) just trying to see if this is worth participating in. Still don't see the point unless you would be buying the cornflakes anyway.
