Definitely CX. I'd actually go to the J lounge. Same ingredients, but as a buffet style so you can have 5 sausages without having to ask awkwardly
Whilst on this thread I’m in a minority the English breakfast in Cathay is very so so. The sausages are nice, the bacon and scrambled egg would be unfit for school dinners. You have to ask for toast, and after a reminder what arrived could have been cubed for croutons. AA breakfast far nicer.
