Well I'm with you on that one! The non-refurbished 772's have been in my life for far too long on my usual LHR-IAH route. Miss the good old days of the 77Ws or 744s. Alas, the life one leads renders it a reality. I'd really say that the 772s are now in-line to be the worst BA LH aircraft to fly on.
