The AMEX plat requires a confirmed seat, so as long as your BP has a seat assignment you will get. Yes they have problems with revenue passengers without a seat assignment
The Citi Card will get you into the AC without a BP and your authorized users will get AC access as well.
it's a YMMV situation with priority pass, some will let you in, some will not. I have not seen a PP lounge turn a NRSA pax away, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
In my experience, I can get into an AMEX lounge as an Amex Plat without a seat assignment.

Not sure I understand your comment about lounge access for AA NRSA in F/J. I believe the rule is very clear -- they do NOT have access by virtue of sitting in F/J or because of their status. Of course, I could be wrong so if you have quotes from official sources, happy to be corrected but I seem to have clicked through some acknowledgments specifically referencing that.
