I believe stuff should be pronounced with the rules of the language that you're speaking at the moment.
I always cringe how people on cooking shows fake Italian accent while pronouncing mozzarella. Do they pronounce helicopter with Greek accent or robot with Czech? I don't think so.
If it's not a well established loanword like "bureaucracy" there is no point trying to pronounce it like natives and butchering it with english vowels/consonants that don't map 1:1 to target language anyway.
