I've managed to "dispose" of them. Some have gone to neighbors, others to co-workers. I've done some cooking using recipes from the www.kelloggs.com website. The bulk have gone to a local food pantry. They are most appreciative, and can use all I can give them.

Oddly enough, nobody in my house likes Corn Flakes. I buy other Kelloggs cereal for our own consumption. Try their Just Right - it's really good, but pricey.
