Two questions…

Would an ambassador be helpful with requests like “I always prefer a bigger room over a nicer view”?

Can ambassadors help with more advanced searches like “I want a room with a balcony in a hotel with a lounge within walking distance to a metro stop?”

i have found Marriott customer service generally unhelpful for these types of requests, although occasionally someone surprises me.
