I'm trying to figure out this transit hotel thing. I arrive in ICN at 11pm in terminal 1 on Singapore. My next flight is on asiana in terminal 2 the following day at 8:20am. Do i need to claim my bags since its overnight, and a 9+ hour layover? If i claim bags doesn't that mean i'm clearing customs? Ideally they'd check my bags through for me and I just stay at the transit hotel. thanks!
