Whats nice is that it is close to the window....more private.

The only thing that would be bothersome is the proximity to the galley. if you are traveling from US to MAD then it could be an issue trying to sleep.
if you flying west i dont think its that much of any issue.

I also dont remember how much "light" may creep through the curtains.. i dont think much...

What other seats are you looking at?
