Two weeks ago at the PHL Enrollment Center, I had to STRONGLY insist that the CBP officer change my wife's GE address. He kept trying to tell me that I could change it on the website, and I kept telling him that the website
clearly directs TTP member to go to an enrollment center for address changes. He eventually took my wife's docs (Passport, GE card, new PA address card) and came back in less than 5 minutes with everything updated.
I tried to ask if he would verify that my address showed correctly as I'm NEXUS and changed my address the week prior at YYZ. His response: "I can't do anything with you, I can't even see your information."
For what it's worth, the CBSA officer at YYZ was prompt (they had a separate sign in sheet for "Updates"), friendly, and efficient.
