When my wife got the primary card, there were links on her AmEx account to enroll to HH Gold, SPG Gold, etc.
When I login to my account, I see the same boxes with info, but no links. When I click on 'Learn More' I don't think I saw a link or a phone number to call.

Are you a Platinum authorized user (i.e., you paid $175 to be an AU) or did you get one of the free Gold cards for AUs that are available with the Platinum card? If you paid the $175 then you should call AMEX; if you opted for the free Gold card as an AU then I don't think you are entitled to those benefits.
