I can confirm that Four Seasons major way to identify a guest is through email address.
I can advise anyone to always use the same email when booking Four Seasons properties.
Names can easily change, address as well. Consider someone having various first names or even alias, even passport numbers can change. Various people at FS confirmed it’s the email they use, except when you have an Elite Card, than they will give you a number.
