In the most recent negotiation, BR reached a consensus with TFAU on the subjects of annual leave and the minimum 60hr/month scheduling rule. However, both sides could not agree on what counts as "60 hours"(TFAU doesn't want standby to count as a full hour) and what to do if a trip were to be cancelled etc. They also could not reach a consensus on the # of hours/annual leave day, TFAU wants 2 hours=1 day of annual leave but BR refuses, saying that pilots get 3hr=1 annual leave day, so FA's should not get better than them(proposed 5hr=1 annual day off).
Next meeting is 5/24. Glad to see them finally agree to something. TFAU also applauds mgmt. on getting rid of the 3-day SFO schedule.
