This is NOT an easy solution... I go back and forth between reading threads for personal reasons and moderating. I am not going to log in and out of two different IDs to do that.

People should be measured by WHAT they post, not what label is under their name. If a member is abusing their posting privileges or TOS, then they should be dealt with... and I do not care if they are a moderator, Evangelist or Original Member.

But I do not see why we should make it more difficult for people who have stepped forward to give their time to moderate. I would rather spend my time moderate than worrying about logging in and making sure I do not accidently make a post under the wrong ID.

If people have issues with a moderator, take it up with that person or with Randy.
