I completed a stay here about a week ago and enjoyed the hotel. I toook the city rail to/from Circular Quay and walked to/from hotel formthere with carry-on luggage. I had been to Sydney a half dozen times previously where I stayed at the Marriott Circular Quay so I'll provide some comparisons.

No lounge. Breakfast was comped in the Gantry which was nice as noted in carrotjuice's post; although I'll add that they make eggs to order.

I also had dinner here one evening with friends and it was quite good. I had lunch one day from the Food Truck which also was very good. Plats get 20% discount on food which is adjusted automagically on your folio the night before check-out.

The downside is that the rooms are seemed smaller compared to Sydney Marriott probably because they were longer and more narrow, and building is older frame construction so floor would creak and I would hear people walking about above me form time to time. It didn't wake me so that is good. I was upgraded to a water view room which was nice.

Staff was wonderful.
