FS should track your guest history regardless of how you book. If the TA is booking correctly in your name, it should not matter. Your email address should be on the booking and you should receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel in addition to confirmation from your TA. If that’s happening, they will have your guest history.

BTW, FSPP usually trumps Virtuoso in terms of upgrade priority and amenities.
