Arriving into MAD on LA/XL at 12:20PM and I'm looking at getting a flight to AMS with UX at 3PM. How are my chances? I'll try to board with carry-on only but it's safe to assume that it might get gate checked.

So I'll have to go from T4s -> T2 in 2:40h.

Thoughts?
