I have recently moved from the UK to Germany. I understand that I will need to visit an Enrollment Center to update my address and that this can't be done online:
You will need to go to the nearest Enrollment Center to update your current address (where you live).
But the FAQ also states:
If the mailing address that you originally submitted for the NEXUS/SENTRI/Global Entry program has changed, you can login to the TTP website to update it. On the right hand side of the Dashboard you will see a link to update your mail-to address.
Since I can't seem to see the current address online, I'm wondering if it creates a second address (one for residence, one for mailing). What is the point of this? I have a US address (but I am only occasionally there). I did not receive a GE card when I applied, as I was told only members with a US address would receive these. If I enter my US address can a card be sent to me there (not a US citizen)?
