Not to dredge up an old thread or examine something long since gone from SPG's directory, but...

In Milan right now and found myself walking through the Brera district and on Via Brera. Came across Via Brera 19, the address of the W, and my goodness, NO WORK has been done on this building for years and years. The building is still holding up decently, but there is no work done anywhere inside it. Windows are open revealing untouched/peeling walls and ceilings, the main entrance is boarded up and you can see a decomposing ceiling through the top of the false door and the general feel is SUCH a missed opportunity since the area is charming and brilliantly located.
