I booked directly with Qantas, and despite the category being "Travel – Airline" and the transactions including the ticket numbers and itineraries, I did not receive bonus points.
I booked on Qantas’ AU site in Australian dollars. (I had no option not to, as they were intracontinental.) Perhaps that has something to do with it? The terms don’t exclude such transactions from the bonus, though.
