A friend is flying LAX-ORD-AMM (Amman, Jordan) in J. On an award ticket, which I'm sure doesn't matter.
She can use the Admiral's Club in ORD, but can't guest someone in, right? (She's traveling with someone who's flying Y.)
If she is flying in J, she'll have access to the AA Flagship Lounge and OW Business Lounge in LAX, then the Flagship Lounge again in ORD, all better than a domestic Admiral's Club.
