Might I recommend Fiestaware for DL's next dishes? You can drop that stuff on a granite counter and it doesn't break. I know quite a few people getting tired of theirs - DL could acquire those dishes for a good price and we all know how DL loves a good price. The dishes are rather heavy but I am sure the cheap price will make up for the extra jet fuel like with their aircraft purchases
Knowing Delta, they'd probably go for the brand-name knockoffs instead. They'll get the very light and very breakable fiestaware knock-offs with Rachael Ray branding. (I'm not kidding, Rachael Ray's line of dishes is a blatant ripoff of Fiestaware except it's made in China, and not in the US like Fiestaware)
I'm not so sure that those dishes would fit in with Delta's drab color palette though.
