There are Lounge Guide threads about the HKG lounges in question you can find with Advanced Search, which you would be able to use as an AA F customer departing on an eligible flight. AA uses, iirc, the Plaza and Bauhinia Lounges, but there are several CX lounges, the QF lounge.
