It sure does, and you are allowed access. You have two(2) F lounge options, the Wing by gates 1-4 and the Pier by gate 61-63. My preference is the Pier for overall design, massage options, dining room, and day suites for naps.
Since you have 9 hours, try to take a shower at the Wing in one of their large cabanas, then head over to the Pier for the rest.
*Note, their may be long waits for the shower cabanas and massages so sign up early
