I notice pretty much all the marketing material shows views facing "left" side of the property, because I have a very sneaky feeling the views "right" of the property aren't as attractive (Patong, Patong Beach and sections of Patong's skyline).

Also, noise level? It's really not at all very far from Patong.
Heard the beach is "so-so" and puri may still be better. No noise issues. Still waiting to hear more from clients that have just stayed.
