Far be it from me to cast aspersions on any of our heroic men and women at TSA, but it's hard to imagine him holding the position of 'supervisor' and deliberately avoiding any and all situations that might allow him to observe the grope of a minor.
I mean, what is he going to tell his own supervisors? "I'm an active child porn viewer, but I must be allowed to avoid any workplace situations that would put me in a position to witness children being groped"?
Of course, it could be that he was a back room or office supervisor, and even if he did work checkpoints, his actions are scarcely representative of the high standards TSA sets for and demands from its employees.
