This is also posted on another CO thread, but just to make sure people know, people are reporting ccash advances declined when they have taken the CO cards that have previously successfully advanced the full amount of the card. I looked at fatwallet.com - the same story there, but then people were able to take advances of $498 on a $500 card. Perhaps CO has changed their coding to make sure they get their fee. (I'm interested because I just ordered cards and I sure as heck want to be able to cash them out to pay for them!)
