Courtyard LIC, Fairfield Inn Queensboro and Aloft LIC are all spitting distance to the Queens Plaza station with 7/N/R/W/E/M service. Fairfield or 4P Chelsea are also convenient to trains at 23rd or 28th Street and WAY better suited to finding decent dining IMO.

Courtyard or 4P SoHo are on a train line but that neighborhood is less convenient for dinners and such.

Those aren't going to get you the lounge, but they deliver way better options once outside the building IMO.
