I tried two different sets and they both did not work.

The bose sound the best however the brookstone's perform almost as well as the bose, but I found that my ears would get warm using them due to the fact that they pressed my ears against my head, wheras the Bose did not.

Customer service at Plane Quiet has been good, but I still do not have my refund.
