I was able to score a pair of F seats on LH SFO-FRA-JNB at about 3 days out, and was able to get the return JNB-FRA (F) and FRA-SEA (C) at T-14 days. Trip was last week, so pretty recent. And they appeared to open up every last F seat, as it went F0 after my award booked.
