This property will be designated as a RESORT!!

Therefore, when their reward inventory is determined -- which I have been advised could take as long as 6 months -- it will be able to be booked for rewards on any day!!! However, their reward inventory will likely not be open for any stays this summer.

As it is a resort in the USA, it most likely will carry a Catergory 4 designation.

Finally, those $100.00 food and beverage Certs that are being discussed on other threads, right now, should be able to be used at this property when they become operative -- after 8/1/04!!

Assuming, of course, that this property is designated as a Hyatt by 8/1/04!
