Have the TY Preferred and looking to PC to the AM. Question is, with so many nice 3X avenues closing (plastiq mortgages, online GCs, etc.), is the AM card still a worthwhile MS card?

I should add that I only have 1 TYP generating card - Preferred (previously downgraded from Premier). From reading the thread, seems like I need to get the Prestige first and then downgrade Preferred > AM in order to preserve by current TYP points. So, AM will only work if I pair it with another TYP card (and since I don't have another, getting the prestige is my only option).
