Convenience wise, St. Regis is your best option. Can't comment on breakfast or lounge, however. In my opinion, Residence Inn Central Park is too distant from your points of interest. Not familiar with Residence Inn Times Square. I've stayed at the Westin Times Square. It's very nice, new, modern, etc. Location is decent, but there are trade offs: that area can be extremely busy during that time of year, there's also a lot of sidewalk traffic during AM and PM rush w/commuters and Port Authority bus terminal. Advantage is proximity to 9th Ave and abundance of dining opportunities.
