Thanks, everyone. I called JustFly again and decided to cancel. They said it would be a $150 fee and that about $610 (of a $770 fare) would be refunded to the purchasing card. Earlier conversations had made it seem like the $150 would be deducted from the fare paid and the fare minus $150 would be refunded. I said that sounded like a $310 fee. Then they explained that China Eastern kept about $160 on top of JustFly's fee. So, I said I'd just wait to cancel, because what difference did it make to me as long as I cancelled at least 3 days before the flight (after which I'd lose the full value). Almost immediately I was told that as a special favor JustFly would charge only $100 to cancel if I cancelled right then. I offered $50, but that didn't work. So, cancelled and I was out about $310. Then had to book a new ticket. This time I went right to an airline website and booked on for $1160. So, this was an $800 mistake. I paid for it all. So frustrating.
