To the best of my recollection of the dozens of posts covering this sort of question (UA operated aircraft, Star Alliance partner code-share flight number), in almost 100% of the cases you accrue benefits as if this were a partner-operated flight. So you should get 50% (or 70%) EQM, no premier bonus, no credit towards 500 milers and no credit towards MM status.
I think that you can try and upgrade at check-in using a SWU? You will be checking in with UA so I think they might be nice enough to upgrade you if they have space?
There have been several exceptions posted, where through some sort of glitch, people have received at least the premier bonus on code share flights. Perhaps it is based on the carrier and how their systems work?
