I ticketed a UA metal flight with a ANA flight number (code share)!

Last week I ended up ticketing an UA metal flight (HNL-KIX) sold under the ANA code with the ANA ticket number in the bottom. The booking class was in H class where if I fly on a ANA metal, it will only earn me 50% of the miles. Does anyone know if I would be able to get a full EQMs, 100% 1P bounus miles, 500 milers, and lifetime miles? Also H fare is considered upgradeable if bought from UA and will UA allow me to upgrade with miles? This flight is operated by United. I did this because ticketing with a ANA ticket, I was able to get a $200+ per ticket discount on the same flight by a travel agency so I could not pass this offer. The UA ticket would have been an bulk Q fare. I have not bought a United metal ticket from a travel agency for a long time but due to the lack of companion certificates, Friends Plus and high prices, I ended up buying this ticket and I am worried if I would even earn any miles. Also the flight is overbooked in coach heavily with good numbers of seats open in F and C class and looks like there is a great hope for a operational upgrade. Would the ANA ticketing prevent me from being chosen for an operational upgrade?
