I think I may be in the same dilemma. I took a flight on June 11th HKG-JNB but have since lost both my boarding pass and ticket. (I kept the wrong passenger coupon instead). The flight was a connection from NRT. Both boarding passes had my AA AAdvantage number. The funny thing is that the NRT-HKG flight has since been credited to AA, but the HKG-JNB sector still hasn't.

If the flight doesn't show up in another week, I think I should call MPC and ask them to track down the flight info and enquire why they haven't sent the miles to AAdvantage.
