I don't trust these reviews, but we had this discussion here before. Interesting tool, should it work though...

I much prefer FlyerTalk or the few trusted publications out there. Some blogs are also to be considered. These days TripAdvisor is just another tool that all too often is taken care of by the same department/agency in charge of SEO and online marketing.

I often check TripAdvisor however for pictures and to see who is answering the reviews... interestingly, all too often it is PR these days and rarely the GM, who should be answering.
