In recent years, Porter & WS would heavily discount these routes - and AC would match. Now, I am seeing less of both. The same also applies to TAM - which (strangely) had 5th freedom rights YYZ-JFK. My advice? Book the cheapest fare and be prepared for same day stand-by situations.
