I'll be there in June, and the website says it is part of the ONE and Simple Choice plans. But the website also said this in Estonia, and when I traveled there, nothing worked. T-Mobile said it was disabled at the time, although nothing about it on their website.
T-MO works just fine in BY. You'll connect right up at MSQ when you land and it works throughout the country at 2G speed. However, you'll do better to get a local SIM with unlimited data from Velcomm or MTS for $5/mo....that'll get you 4g lte in most major cities...When you get out into rural areas connectivity is a crap shoot.
