Seems like prices have drastically increased. I've noticed since spot checking in March and last night and today... for flights in May/June/July...

weekend trips that for the past 3 years which have been anywhere from $190 to $230 USD (I'm referring to Porter, some westjet (not much) some Canada Air, some Delta, etc flights from either Newark Air or LGA, to Bishop for toronto, or YUL for montreal.... are now easily $280 - $345.

The only way to grab for ex. NYC LGA to Montreal YUL at $220, is by biting on 1 early morning flight that leaves montreal at 6:20Am as part of a RT. This is with Air canada.

I'm also uing Kayak and googlfights explorer. With google flights explorer the default graph of prices for each day are misleading. It's only for that one flight you have to include that I described... to get the $220 price.

In the 'past' again, last year at this time, and the past few years, I had numerous late morning, midday etc to and from flights, all added up to the 190-230 price I describe.

I searched all news media that I could query, I couldnt find any reports of fare increases... anyone notice?
