I didn't get the email about the bonus Avios for the second 2,000 Avios package bought a week after the first one. I did get it for the first package (should get 208 extra Avios... eventually!), though.
In the past, if I had bought one 2,000 Avios package, then the option to buy more of the same was no longer available, so I didn't even think there was anything wrong buying another one this time since it was available.
